Simon Honey undertakes mosaic commissions from recycled materials and works in all types of mosaic processes, direct to a surface, reverse and indirect methods. Reclaimed and recycled materials are used to reduce the environmental impact of the work and create sophisticated mosaic works. Materials are found as locally as possible. Children find it fun looking for materials. Commissions and workshop to date with children aged as young as 6, young people aged 11 to 15, Elders aged 60+ and those with special needs.
